FAQ for Families
Can I report a new lost item online?
Not yet. For now, our online portal is only for claiming items we have found. Reporting new lost items may become a feature in the future.
How do I find my child's lost item?
Browse our online gallery of found treasures. If you recognize something, simply claim it and complete the checkout process.
How will my student receive their item?
Once you claim an item online, the KMS Safety Patrol will personally deliver the found belonging directly to your child's homeroom.
Is there a cost for this school service?
No. This is a free service provided to the KMS community to ensure students are reunited with their gear quickly and easily.
